SOCIOCULTURAL COGNITION: using cognitive techniques to uncover thought processes involved in interaction with others.
DISPOSITIONAL FACTORS: individual characteristics that influence behaviour in a person; they are internal, personal causes, e.g. if you pass an exam you attribute it to your intelligence and self belief.
SITUATIONAL FACTORS: external factors that influence behaviour, e,g, if you fail an exam you blame it on the teacher rather than yourself.
